THE COMMUNITY CENTER
 The Community Center is situated in a formerly abandoned school building near South Park and designed to serve those in the LIERS program with a variety of services both recreational and practical. It features a weekly market for essentials, spaces for gatherings, classes in various hobbies, as well as those more suited for Duplicity. Newcomers classes can assist those confused with how the city works, as well as bdsm classes with a focus on safe words, safety, and contracts. There's also classes on modern technology for those without any experience due to their previous life. The facility also offers regular self-defence classes of variant learning levels. There is also gym equipment, training equipment, spaces designed for mingling and community organization efforts. As well as a new skating rink and a range for archery practice and axe throwing. A community garden has recently been started, with both a social focus and a plan to help feed the community. Aside from the market, the center benefits from donations and is always taking suggestions for classes and demonstrations people would like to see offered, or are willing to teach. Proposed Role: He can definitely assist with classes on technology and self defence.
Other lessons he could potentially do: First aid, painting, fencing and/or more serious sword fighting, cooking, knitting, magic tricks, escapology (purely for fun nothing illegal here no sirree)
He can teach people to read music and play...most instruments, probably. (Obviously the guitar is his Current Favourite but he has played So Many. So it'd come down to what people have/can get.)
He can also teach people to either repair things or make them into something else. Maybe a setup where people bring in broken appliances or scavenged parts or scraps of various things and he guides them through it? (And he can also just...fix things for people, too.)
Time commitment: Full time! (He hasn't had a full time job in over a millennium good luck everybody.)

Proposed Role: Self defense teacher (interested in setting up classes for non-fighters in particular) and Community Garden manager (the garden doesn't exist yet but she'll make it Happen)
Time commitment: Full time, i.e. she'll come on assigned class hours and tend her plants in the free hours haha.
